About Smart Festival

"Smart City" is often heard in the context of urban development. There are several advantages of considering "festivals" instead of "cities", such as natural downtime, theme, atmosphere, and potential for impact with relatively small budgets.  "Smart Festival" aims to help people around the world create deeper interactions.
